KOM PREVAILS IN COURT OF APPEALS
Stephon B. Bagne recently convinced the United States Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals to reverse a trial court decision that failed to enforce a settlement agreement. The decision allows for the implementation of a contractual provision requiring a breaching tenant to pay the landlord an additional $100,000 because the tenant failed to make timely payments.
