KOM Wins in Michigan Court of Appeals
The Court of Appeals adopted the arguments made by Stephon B. Bagne on behalf of a municipal client by reversing the trial court, granting summary disposition and ordering the dismissal of a lawsuit seeking damages attributed to a bicycle accident. The Court determined that the Plaintiff had failed to comply with technical aspects with regard to the highway exception to the Governmental Immunity Act. Mr. Bagne specializes in civil litigation and has defended numerous municipalities.
