Mr. Zoller represents individuals and small businesses on a variety of topics, including the creation and acquisition of business entities, and underlying business and tax issues. Additionally, Mr. Zoller is extensively involved in advising clients on estate planning, tax, and probate issues. Mr. Zoller has taught classes, lectured, and spoken on issues of tax and estate planning, and he is also involved in various community and charitable organizations.
