Ms. Schley represents entities in a wide variety of employment-related disputes, including those involving breach of contract, discrimination and harassment. She also counsels entities on employment-related matters, prepares comprehensive employee handbooks and employment agreements and trains clients and their employees on employment issues in the workplace, including harassment-prevention training. In her insurance coverage practice, Ms. Schley provides advice and guidance to insurance companies on complex coverage questions, and represents insurance companies in coverage disputes including those involving insureds and other insurance companies. Ms. Schley also practices in commercial litigation, representing entities in a variety of business-related disputes.
