Mr. Kaylian’s principal practice area is commercial real estate transactions (sale, purchase, leasing, finance, and development). Mr. Kaylian also has extensive experience in the negotiation and structuring of general business transactions. As a shareholder of the firm, Mr. Kaylian represents local, regional and national shopping centers and office clients, as well as multinational corporations with both their real estate and general corporate matters.
