Stephon B BagneStephon B. Bagne’s practice focuses upon real estate and commercial litigation. Mr. Bagne’s practice area include representing property owners in condemnation actions in which governmental agencies exercise the power of eminent domain, property tax appeals, lease enforcement matters, zoning and land use litigation, enforcement of brokerage contracts, governmental takings, breach of contract actions, employment litigation, lawsuits seeking injunctive relief, and municipal defense.

Mr. Bagne has appeared in federal and state courts throughout the state of Michigan, has tried numerous cases before juries, and has argued before the United States Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Michigan Court of Appeals. Prior to practicing as an attorney, Mr. Bagne served as clerk to the Hon. Robert C. Anderson in the Oakland County Circuit Court and as an intern to several other judges of that Circuit.
